Formed to protect consumers and keep the price of beers reasonable, The Campaign for Real Ales (CAMRA) and the Reinheitsgebot (German beer purity law) might be hurting breweries who stick to these restrictive views on production. I see issues all across the world and even within this CAS community with comments like "I brew beers my friends like to drink, so I won't make a non-alcoholic or low-alcohol beer" and "I will never brew a smoothie sour." The challenges is, we are running out of new customers in beer and fighting each other for the same people. How are outdated belief systems hurting your business?
