We also just returned from a quick trip to the Irish Craft Beer Festival, a country where contract brewing is common and even expected. We could use your help in identifying key contract provisions you require/request if you were to enter into a contract relationship. Particularly for those of you seeking to brew your beer in Europe, what do you need to see in terms of brewing assurances and distribution contract provisions?

Also, if you have excess capacity in your brewery and are interested in us vetting some new prospects for you over here, we've just made some great contacts in Ireland and in the Netherlands. We are creating a database. It would be useful for you to tell us your minimum batch sizes, percent margin, and distribution network to help us find the right contract partner for your excess capacity.
