I am hoping some of you can share your experience/knowledge with real costs of implementing different sized brewing systems. I am getting questions like: How much is a "typical" 10 BBL brew house setup? How much is a 15BBL brew house? What should we budget? Of course there are a lot of variables in those questions that can radically change the price. Number of fermenters, bright tanks, automation, quality, type of heating and cooling and so forth. However, It would be good to kind of get a handle of a "typical middle of the line, semi automated, setup." I would like to be able to answer the questions, somewhat up to date: How much should someone budget for a (5BBL, 10BBl, 15BBL 30BBl) system in a business plan?
