I'm interested in driving more business through private events. There is an opportunity to get into an adjacent space and we are in the middle of permits to do just that. I'm interested if anyone has suggestions to help us get through permitting smoothly and also any design elements or rules of thumb for the space. Also, who do you target (businesses for meetings, clubs, bands, etc) and what are your occupancy rates like - this will help me estimate demand in my financial projections.
