Last week the Colorado Brewers Guild lost some brewers due to the apparent influence of AB InBev. Surely makes sense, but I see a larger issue at the core of guilds and the BA. The root of the problem is that craft breweries are growing up at a rate faster than these advocacy organizations can change. For decades, they focused on quality of beer and advocacy of all craft breweries. Organization change is a common problem in other rapidly growing industries!
