Hi Mark, Looking forward to meeting you sometime. Had the pleasure to meet Sam and Joe at Occidental a couple weeks ago. This is a great paper on Pricing Methods. Nate and I (Camino Brewing, San Jose CA) while working on our long term goal of opening our brewery, are looking at contract brewing in the short term to put some cash back in the bank. We plan to distribute kegs to local accounts. What system ( any great products?) would best track our small batch recipes, given to a contract brewer for filling orders from various bars and restaurants? We want to track accounts, deliveries, costs, and margins, and perform the same kinds of analysis this paper discusses. Thanks!
