Does anyone know what used equipment is going for as a percentage of new cost, or does anyone know someone who could help me figure it out?  I am looking at buying an existing brewery but we don't actually need that equipment.  It is smaller than our existing brewhouse and I value that floor space more for seating than for brewing.  I am trying to figure out roughly what I could get for the equipment if we decommission and sell it.
